    Level one support refers to the basic issues that make up 70 to 90% of the computer issues that users experience, and includes things like
    • misbehaving applications or Windows
    • not being able to find data, 
    • network connection problems
    • set up of a backup system, 
    • repair of Windows or applications, 
    • email problems, and 
    • more.
