How does it work?

The tech will usually ask you to let him view your computer by clicking on the bar below. He will stay on teh phone with you as long as needed

After your account is created with a credit card, we begin the support. We bill in 15 minute increments, at a rate of $28/15 minutes.

The majority of issues are resolved in less than a half hour.

If you wish, we will send you a statement of what we did, and add this to your account documentation, which gives us a head start resolving your future issues, especially if the same problem recurrs.

This covers all level one issues - anything you want to ask or request - for a flat rate monthly. Begins at $65 per month for a single user and drops to as low as $35/user for larger volumes. Custom pricing available.

Level one support refers to the basic issues that make up 70 to 90% of the computer issues that users experience, and includes things like not being able to find data, set up of a backup system, repair of Windows or applications, email problems, and more.
